What: Benefit Dinner, Wine Pull, Silent & Live Auctions
Cost: $140 per ticket (Get your tickets early as there is limited seating at this event!)
- Start – Terrine of Pork, Chutney, Mixed Pickle Brioche Toast, Shrimp, Dill Blossom
- Pasta – Ravioli of Squash and Fruit Mostarda
- Fish – Seared Scallops, Arugula, Preserved Lemon
- Meat – Beef Braised in Nebbiolo Wine, Turnip, Greens
- Dessert – Dacquoise, Ice Cream, Candied Orange, Virginia Chestnuts
- Menu is subject to change based on availability and freshness of ingredients.

Tonight’s chef, Marc-Pierre Jansen, and “wine guy,” Chris Jenkins, will team up to plan and serve a delectable meal in your very own home! This dynamic duo will prepare a four course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with wine.
Gather up to eight people for a fun evening everyone will enjoy!

This package includes: One whole butchered pig, raised by the children at Divinum, 25 pounds of beef from Chris & Lindi Jenkins, 20 pounds ground beef from Mike Brewster & Susan Digges, one case of Quivermont wine.
